I changed the the hub assembly. Why is the car still scrubbing when I try to move it. The spare tire size is 105 90 16. I am buying a new rim 16x7 and is going to mount a 215 60 16 tire. The sway bar link was broken in two on the opposite side. I changed that. The one on this side seems to be okay. Maybe the tire is too little but it was doing it before and this was that was a 215/60R16 tire and the rim was J16x6.5JJ. The rim is no good. The stud holes on it are stretched out and worn. So the passenger side is the the one that is scrubbing and it has brand new hub assembly, axle nut, brake pads and rotor. The driver side, a new sway bar link but no sway bar mount. It was ripped out and the wholes are widened.

Good morning.

Is there anything bent in the suspension or steering on that side?

Did you have an accident? Can you post a picture of what you see?

Looks like you have a broken lower control arm.

What side was that and is that of the lower arm?

The passenger side. It is the suspension I think.

Yep. I suggest you not drive the car. You must have this checked and repaired before it fails and causes another accident.

I noticed the car sits lower on that side too. Is that the same problem?

Could be part of it. That is why you need to have it checked.
