How to turn off daytime driving lights

Hi and thanks for using 2CarPros.

The DRL are not a programmable parameter for this vehicle. There is no way of turning them off other than eliminating power to the system. They do not have a separate fuse. If you have the HID system, you can remove the fog light relay to prevent them from coming on, but then you can't use the fog lights.

The DRL are controlled by what is called the Smart Junction Box (AKA GEM or Generic Electronic Module). I see no way of turning them off.

Thanks for the reply. Does the safety netural switch send the power for the driving lights or are there a switch in the shifter.
