the hood cable broke and I need to open the hood

How to open the hood from the out side because hood string is broken on the in side of blazer for the hood. And would like to know how to get the hood open now

if it is broken on inside you can cut the plastic around it then grab wire with vice grips, hold plastic and pull wire . otherwise you will have to try to get something from underneath hood latch to unlatch it, usually a long screwdriver etc. then if you cannot get a new cable pull remaining cable out through the grill where you can reach it.
