How do you bleed the clutch fluid

Hi, please help were and how do you bleed off the air and or water in the clutch system, is it done by the slave cylinder on the bell housing? My truck is a 1.5 ton toyota Dyna second question is there a second container to put clutch fluid in? Many thanks Vince.
