MOTOR BREAK IN ?

I HAVE A B20 VTEC MOTOR, 98 CRV BOTTOM 95 SI HEAD, THAT I HAD REBUILT HOW SHOULD I BRAKE IN THE MOTOR TO GET THE RINGS TO SEAT THE BEST AND LONGEST LIFE ? I'M USING SAME AFTERMARKET PISTONS, CAM SHAFTS, AND RODS NEW RINGS OFCOURSE. MOTOR HAD 35,000 PRIOR TO REBUILD.

if it was done right, i wouldn't worry about it, otherwise......don't drive over 55 for about 500 miles to see if it's going to have a problem and no lead footing. then change your oil to the recomended weight.
