The cluster have 8 clips holding it. 2 clips on the top and 6 clips on the bottom. Prabably the lower clips are tighter, you just have to pull it a liittle harder to release the clips. Make sure you adjust the steering column to the full tilte down position and to the full telescopic out position when removing the cluster cover.

Hi actv8, Hope the following helps. INSTRUMENT PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION NOTE: "¢ Take care not to scratch the dashboard and related parts. "¢ Use the appropriate tool from the KTC trim tool set to avoid damage when prying components. 1. Tilt the steering column down. 2. Remove the instrument panel (A). A) Gently pull out along the bottom to release the clips (B) and hooks (C). B) Gently pull out the upper portion of the panel to release the clips (D).

3. Install the panel in the reverse order of removal, and note these items: "¢ Check if the clips are damaged or stress-whitened, and if necessary, replace them with new ones. "¢ Push the clips into place securely.
