2004 Honda Odyssey cd player/dvd controls

The cd player/ dvd controls are not receiving power. i have checked all fuses and removed the player to make sure the wires are securely connected. I did not notice any broken wires at the receiver end.

Is the Audio unit being powered?

With a test lamp or DVOM, test the White/Red wire for battery voltage with ignition turned on. If voltage is not precsent check the power accessory relay.
