I don't know teh drive wheel type.

I have an issue recently my instrument (night driving) cluster light went out. I found out my rear lights are not working at night either. I replaced the bulbs to no avail. I have a 15a fuse that is labeled "small lights" under the hood. I have replaced it a million times. It sparks when I put it in so obviously there is a problem. Any ideas?

I also recently had my srs light go on and stay on regardless of resetting by disengaging the battery. If it is of any use, sometimes (awhile now) when I turn the car over it just clicks so my mechanic said to keep turning and it will start. Sure does. Just don't know if that has anything to do with it.

I am a female and don't know a lot about cars and recently had things fixed to the tune of over 1000 dollars. I can not afford more right now. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Ideas?

Hi croneaz,

1. There is a shorting in the meter/tailight circuit resulting the blowing of the fuse. Did you do any repairs that might affect it? Eg, body repairs, bulb changes, wiring repairs etc.

2. There is a problem with the SRS system and it cannot be reset by disconnecting the power supply. Get a scan done to find out what is wrong. Just a guess, I suspect it to be the driver safety belt anchor switch.

3. Starter clicks without cranking at times can be due to bad/loose/contaminated battery terminal, ignition switch, battery or starter failing.
