My CRV has 95500 miles and I don't know how much longer I can trust it. It makes sort of a ticking sound from the rear when I turn the wheels; sometimes I hear a chirping sound under the hood and it's not from a nest of robins.
I bought it new and replaced the costly starter at 85000 miles. I need a vehicle I can depend on and not one that is going to nickel and dime me for years.

Hello,

Well, If the only fix you have had to make is the starter then you are do for more fixes. That is just part of having a vehicle. They just won't last forever without needing some fixing.

The click from the rear could be the bearings. Or possibly the U-Joints.

The Chirping is either the belt or a pulley (tensioner and or the Idler).
