Hi,
pls help.
i have honda crv 2nd generation. i found that my evaporator is leaking. is that need to remove dashboard first before replace the evaporator? i've read the manual but it shows that can replace the evaporator just through the passanger's dashboard lower cover. is that true?

Yes it is true. Book time calls for 1.4 hours. So the dashboard does not need to come out. Just the glove box frame with knee bolster. Also make sure you follow all instructions on the manuel you have. Especially having the system properly discharged. You will need to take it in to a shop to recover the refrigerant.
