Horrible rattle when turned on AC and when I put in reverse.
When I hit bump it sounds like metal gears scraping rattle.
I see two bolts broke off, near the alternator.
Looks like engine dropped down, sitting on corner of bracket.
The bracket holes are now not lined up with bolts that broke and still stuck in hole.
Is there a spacer that goes in between?
Nothing there now.
How do I get broke bolts out of engine?
What are the parts I need called?
Thanks for help!
Need car to run ASAP, without whining. It is really bad timing for family. Thanks again.

Hello,

It sounds like the compressor or engine mount mounts have broken and need to be removed, Here is a video that will show you how to get the bolts out so you can find new ones which might be from the dealer.

Please send some pictures of the problem so we can help

Cheers, Ken

It sounds like you have at least one bad engine mount or bolts broke off that hold the mount to the block. With that issue and the broken bolts you would be better off taking it to a shop and having them deal with it. Most know how to remove those broken items without damaging the block, and have the proper tools to do so.
