Timing belt and guides replacement

Four cylinder front wheel drive automatic 120,000 miles.

I would like to know how to change a timing belt?

also, to make your life easier, as you brought cylinder to TDC, and aligned all your marks, take a paint stick, and make your own marks.. that way you know when you put it together nothing moved. these are easy timing belts, make sure you replace the water pump at the same time though.
