My question is that the fuse #15 wich is the one for the alternator light keeps burning. I already check the ELD and it working fine. I already check the bulb of the gauge assembly and its fine. Also, I change the alternator with a new one. I want to know why the #15 FUSE keeps burning, I want to know if there is something that I can do.

You are going to find that there is more than one other item on that fuse. I am not familiar with that circuit but there should be a description either in the manual or on the cover of the fuse box.

Also, don't rule out the distinct possibility that the car is blowing them because a wire has become grounded from a pinching or some other reason.
