Unfortunately, I am not too car savy. Need help. A few instances when I would stop my car abrublty or even making a stop at signal light my car would die. It would start right back up but would just die as soon as I stopped. This happened maybe a total of 5 times. My engine check light also came on. I took it to two mechanics. One told me that it was just one of my sensors and he reset it. Said if it came on again he would replace the sensor but that nothing showed up in the diagonostics test. Second time I took it they said they were almost positive it was my map sensor which has something to do with the fuel intake (i think) and if I replaced it my car would stop dying. It doesnt die anymore but sometimes the car feels like it will and I just push on the gas a little. It is only when I am stopping. Could it really be what they call a Map Sensor? Also, i have noticed that my steering wheel will shake on occasion. There will be a rumbling noise like I am going over those street bumps but I will lay off the gas and it will go away. What the heck is that? I just had my tires rotated and balanced and thought they did something wrong and took it back but they said everything was fine. HELP please. :(
