I have a 93 honda civic that makes a popping sound when I turn it was only doing it when I made a left hand turn but now its doing it when I turn right

Take a look beneath the front end of the vehicle at the axles. There are two boots on each axle. If you look closely you will see that atleast one on each axle has a tear in it. I would say it is time to replace the CV axles. The tear will let the protective grease out and allow the joints to wear quickly.
