Battery went dead 2 days ago,had it tested and it was fine.
When I putted back I noticed the back lights came on and the switch light was off,so even when the car is not runnig and the light switch is off I can't get them to turn off.
It's a 91 honda civic with 120,000 miles
Thank you

The switch sounds as though it is not working correctly on the column. Either repair or replace it. I don't hesitate to take things like that apart but if you are a little nervous about that replace it with used or new.
