When the noise started it sounded like i had a flat tire, pulled over and check..no flat tire. Look under the car to see if anything was hanging and there was nothing there. I can drive up to 70-80 km/hr but nothing more without it making that horrible noise and the faster I go the worse the sound makes. It sounds like something is flapping but theres nothing under my car. Could something be loose or am I missing something?

If you brake or turn the wheel does the pitch or the noise change? If the noise goes away when you brake, it's loose brake pads.
