2004 Honda Civic fault code P1237

My car a 1.7 cdti civic loses power and won't go over 40mph intermittently, a friend read the fault code with a reader but doesn't know what it is P1237, what is this fault code and how can the fault be repairerd. The engine light is also lite up on the dash?

Found 2 descriptions for P1237.
1. Fuel Pump Secondary Circuit Malfunction
2. Cylinder 1 Fuel Injector Circuit - Open Circuit

I would check your cylinder 1 injector wire harness, first. Make sure wiring is good, properly grounded.
