My head gasket blew already once. I think it blew again. I am loosing water and my car is driving poorly. What can I do to resolve this problem and get my car running back to normal.

If your head gasket went once, when you had the head off, did you get it checked for flatness? The head may be warped, and it may need to be machined. If its warped to the point where you have less than 60lbs of compression be prepared to buy a new head.
