When pulling up a hill engine no power and slows down?

When driving at 50 to 60 it feels like I hit a bump and slows down also when pulling up a hill it slows down, but when it gets to level road it gets better.

When going up the hill is the motor reving higher may be the trans is slipping if not sounds like its starving for fuel check fuel pressure and fuel filter

Yep, it would check the catalytic converter and replace the fuel filter if you have not done that lately. Here is a guide to help and the location of the fuel filter in the images below.
