Hi there,
this will depend on the type of refrigerant used and the relevant humidity and ambient temp of the day, but as a rule of think, vent temp should be around 3-6 Deg C at best. If the A/C is not as cool as you want, you may have a leaking heater tap with is drawing cold air from the system. But remember vent temp is a very poor indication of the system condition, a wet bulb thermometer should be used, you A/C specialist will advise further.
