1996 Honda Civic white and black smoke

hi bought a 1996 civic the car was parked for a bout six months now when i start it there is a lot of white smoke so i let the engine run up to norm temp the smoke cleared but when u rev the engine there is lots of black smoke can any one help me? plz

White smoke could be just condensation but if it continues be concern, as for the blacky you're running too rich could be caused by the following

A bad O2 sensor, excessive fuel pressure (bad fuel pressure regulator or plugged return line), leaky fuel injectors, dirty air filter or restricted air inlet, or a defective coolant sensor that prevents the engine management system from going into closed loop mode.
