1994 Honda Civic AC Clutch

I just replaced the ac clutch because the clutch bearing was damaged. But the ac does not cool no more and instead hot air is released and before the clutch was damaged, the ac was still cooling. Also the ac clutch sparks when it is running.

Hi johnnyzarate,

When the AC clutch is sparking, it is most likely caused by the clutch clearance being excessive. This would not allow the clutch to hold tightly and is slipping. This would cause the non cooling as well.
