Hello, my civic overheats only when I have my ac on. I can drive all day and the car wont overheat, but if the air is on, then after about 30 minutes it starts to overheat.

The 1st thing to check would be the a/c fan, sounds like it is not working. If you take it to a shop, all they need to do to check fan is hot wire it to battery, so don't let them tell you it took an hour to diognose. I'm not sure thats the problem, but from what you say'n it certainly sounds like it. A/C puts more load on engine like go'n uphill, so if fan not work'n, it would be about that amount of time after turn'n a/c on when it would start overheat'n. I can't think of anything else that could cause this problem, but when it comes to cars, anything is possible. Good Luck. P.S. : A/C fan is the one on the left when sit'n in driver seat.
