1994 Honda Civic 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive

When replacing the timimg belt, where should I aliign the top sproket - when the bottom pulley aligned with crankcase pointer (TDC)... Shoukl I align the 2 marks on either side of the top sproket with the valve cover sealing surface (with the "up" mark facing up center) or the bottom mark on the top sproket aligned with the plastic pointer???
