I hooked up an electric cooling fan the right way and had it running fine for about a yr or so, but now it stopped working. The motor's good and realys bad. I was wondering if I can just connect it to a switch without a relay in the circuit? Can I just connect the power straight to a switch, no relay, switch to motor, and motor to ground? Will it burn up the the fan motor or use up the battery? Or just get a new relay?

Installing switch direct to motor will work. It wont damage the motor. But it is not a good practice as there is a big chance you forget to switch off the fan and use up the battery. It is best to replace the relay and be sure to take the relay supply from somehere that is ON only when the ignition is in ON position.

Relay has 85, 86, 30, 87, 87a pins.
My switch has a +, accessory, ground.

My hook up is a fusible link from + battery to 30, 87 to + electric fan, - fan to ground, + switch to + battery, switch accessory to 86, and 85 to ground. Of course, - battery to ground. Left 87a to nothing cause don't have to hook it up. Will this work? Thanks man.

To be sure, supply 12v dc power to 85, ground to 86. You should feel the relay click. Test if 30 and 87 is closing using a light tester or a multimeter. Im not an electrician so I dont rely on numbers. If there is no click or no closing of 30 and 87, your pins are incorrect and you have to test to find the correct pins.
