I have honda Accord 99 LX. My mechanic changed the timing belt and water pump but after he changes it now everytime I drive the car after it gets warm I get wobbling noise when after coming to complete stop then drive the car and also stops after the last gear. But I can still hear the noise while I am driving the highway. So I need to change the timing belt again or something else?

Not sure I follow you completely. BUT. The noise. Look for these things. 1. Look at the belts on the outside of the timing cover and ensure that they do not look loose both with and without the engine running. 2. Look at the pulley off of the crankshaft (the harmonic balancer) and make sure that it is tight and does not wobble. 3. Double check the bolt on the harmonic balancer to ensure that it is tight. 4. Look at the timing cover to see if it is possibly too close to the harmonic balancer and is rubbing.
