I have a 1991 honda accord LX four door 4cyl 2.2. It seems that when I drive with the ac on and get to my destination and try to start the car again it wont start unless I wait about five min. The temp. Gauge is normal what do you think? Thanks a lot. Also where at on the car do I hook up a scanner to read codes?

The scanners, OBD2, will not work on your car. They only work on 1996 and newer. You can read the codes put out by the computer using the paper clip. When you ask how to read codes, are you getting a check engine light?

Yes the check engine light comes on once in awhile then goes off. What do you think about the not starting issue.

The two are probably related. That being the CEL and the not starting. Find the codes out using the methods that are possibly described in your manual but you can find on the internet.
