Pull the door panel and check for power and ground at the lock actuator, or test the switch circuit as advised. Power at the switch and clicking relays with no actuator movement point to the actuator or its power and ground circuit.
The owner of a 1991 Accord reported that the power door locks do not work; the door lock controller clicks when the switch is moved, but nothing happens. The expert said the lock actuator may be at fault and advised pulling the door panel to check power and ground at the actuator, or removing the switch and testing it there. The owner later reported power at the switch and clicking relays in the control block, but none of the actuators work.
