Went to work last night and came back to find some black crud (maybe oil) under my car not near the hood tho. It was at the rear of my car. I drove home and everything appeared fine. Is there something I should know about this and is it safe to continue driving with this "leak" under my car? It was like a black puddle.

I cant think of what it could be off hand but your best bet is to get a clean peice of cardboard and leave it under your car for a few nights and see what it picks up if it is occuring more often than not. Is it puddling near the center of the car or toward the wheels. I can only think of brakefluid which could mean either a pricked line or a leaking cylinder neither of which are horrible to fix but should not be ignored. Good luck. :)

I have heard of a man spending a lot of money to find no problem with his car because the problem was the last guy that parked there.
