Honda Accord Aerodeck 1995 2158cc Automatic gear box

Hey guys today I have aquired the above car, and it has not been looked after in the least, so there are a few problems with it 1) Cannot get any cold air into the vehicle even with setting on full cold, and aircon hardly working? 2) Car is so heavy and sluggish to pull away, and I am not sure how the auto gear selection works either, whats the differnce between D4 and D3. 3) Can the headlight bulbs be changed and made brighter or are they sealed units?
4) You can be driving along in this car and it will just cut out without any warning, which is very dangerous in an automatic as I don't know how or if you could bump it to re-start while the car is coasting
6) Where can I get a manual for this car? :Oops: :P :shock:

1- Is the a/c compressor engaging?
2- never heard of a heavy Honda, be sure timing is correct. Lights, pretty sure they are just bulbs, not sealed units. D3=drive, D4=Overdrive
3-Sounds like it may need a new distributor, common on Hondas
4- Might want to try Googling it for a manual. Otherwise the bottom of our main forum page a has a link for repair manuals, goes to Mitchell On Demand, same software we use in shops, much better than the books
