1995 Honda Accord Ex 100,000 4 cylinder

i recently got in a accident and smashed up my drivers side front end, the airbags did deploy on the driver and passenger side, the car now wont start. Everything seems to be ok with the engine and mechanics of it, just body damage, and the airbags. Does the car not start because the airbags deployed?
And if so how can I get it to start again so I can just drive it to the auto shop down the street, I don't want to have to pay for a tow.

when I say the car wont start I mean that when you put the key in the ignition and try to turn the key, you cant even turn the key the ignition is locked or something

by turning the wheel the key now turns but nothing happens. I turned the key and nothing, not the radio, the alarm, the lights, nothing will turn on. What could it be?
And does the 1995 honda accord ex have a saftey feature which makes the car not work after the airbags deploy

Maybe you could describe what the not starting entails. For instance, does it turn over but not engage or is there nothing when the key is turned?

Sometimes when you have pressure on the wheel as it locks from turning this stops the key from turning. Try turning the wheel and moving the key.

I do not believe so but have you checked the main fuse under the hood? Should be about an 80 to 100 amp fuse?
