Cranking but not turning over and starting

I have a 2002 Honda Accord Coupe, 5 speed manual. It has about 83000 miles on it and just had an oil change. Today, after no previous problems, it wouldn't start when I came out of work. It was sitting in about 80 degree weather, with a little hill sloping down (front end going down). It will crank when I turn the key but won't start. Any ideas?

Would like to know if it is cranking or not. Also is it getting fuel and spark?
