Buzzing noise

I have a '96 accord that has recently started making a buzzing noise upon starting the vehicle for about 5-10 seconds coming from the front left corner- which was damaged in a collision before I bought the vehicle. This buzzing does not change when I increase rpm's during this time. The buzzing will then occur intermittently for 1-3 seconds seemingly at random. After the engine is warm- it doesnt occur on start up. Can you please help me to narrow down the source of this noise?

Have you checked to see if the noise occurs when the brakes are applied? What size engine?

Its a 2.2L vtec. And yes I apply the brakes when I start the engine and keep them depressed. The noise starts right after ignition- I have tried to increase rpms as well and niether have any effect- it seems to be separate from the main engine systems. The noise will then rarely reoccur at random- maybe the pump for the wiper fliud?
Could it make noise somehow- the fluids still spay on the windshield. Thnx
i wanna say it sounds like some sort of pump or actuator or something- but I would just be guessing
also I have put it in drive right away and started moving and the noise will continue for 5-10 seconds with no brake pressure
