94 Honda Accord 185k Sending (P) and (D) lights at ingition.

When putting ignition to start pos. Both park and drive lights on for several seconds. Engine will turn, but not start. Engine gets fuel (after filter). Small sparks on 1st and 4th Spark plugs wires. Any ideas as to my problem?

Explain small sparks. What happened to 2 & 3. Is the plug grounded when you are checking this out?

You say fuel is there but is it in the cylinders? If the spark is small or weak it could be your ignitor or the coil.

Sparks are there but not "strong" and it is grounded. I did get it to crank, and ran for about 45 min. Then I turned it off and re-cranked it up several times in a row, no problems; but this morning it again would not crank. Starting to think it is the coil because it would start no problem with a warm engine, but not easily (or at all, this morning) with a cold engine [i.E. - Not strong enough of a spark]. Am I off track here?
