engine light will kick on then car idles at lower rpm, floods out, will only rev to 3000 RPM, and backfires when you let off of the gas at high speeds (around 75-80 because car wont go any faster at 3000 rpm). When engine light comes on a few seconds later the D4 light will start flashing when its usually only on when car is in that gear.
