94 Accord Fan problems

I have a 94 Accord and it is heats up only in heavy traffic.

1. I check the radiator fan and it works, but it only comes on only when the A/C is on. What controls the radiator fan to turn on?

2. The condenser fan will come on only if I tap it with something. Is the condenser fan going bad?

Thanks in advance.

You might check the fan relays in the fuse box. I had one go bad and stick closed this spring.

I switch out the relays and it tested ok. A friend thinks the condenser fan is going bad because I have to tap on it to get it going. I am looking to purchase one for a good price, is it difficult to install? Do you know of any good websites that I can purchase and may assist in installation. Thanks again for your help!

Four number 10 or 12 bolts and the fan is loose. Detach the wires and pull it out. There may be a someother items that fight your process but it is fairly easy. The part is shorting if it runs when you tap on it. Parts yards online have the fan.
