Ok, I am assuming that the condensor fan is not running when you turn on the a/c. Check the Condensor Fan 20 amp Fuse in the Under hood fuse/relay box. If the fuse is good, then check for voltage on pin 2 of the condensor fan while the a/c is running. If you have power, then your fan is bad, or you have a bad ground. Check for a ground on pin 1 to eliminate that.
If you do not have power, then it could be the Condensor Fan relay, or the possibly the Engine Coolant Temperature Switch. This is located over the transmission.
