HI,
I have a 1999 Honda Accord V6. It has developed a problem when the weather is over say 25C. It stops running. If I leave it for an hour or so it will start. I had a module in the distributor replaced but that hasnt done the trick. I have had it to a Honda dealer who couldnt find a problem but said to bring it back on a hot day. Yeah right, the damn thing will only go for about 2 k's on a hot day. Im probably best to get rid of hit but some other poor person will cop the problem. There obviously isnt any easy fix but I thought I would try my luck with you guys.
Manythanks for your assistance.///

Hi centre71,

This seems a bizarre problem and you would have to do tests and diagnostics to be able to come to a conclusion.

When vehicle could not start, you need to find out if it is the fuel or ignition system that is malfunctioning and if you wish to understand more on how to go about checking, we have some videos to show you. Go through the relevant topics and reply to this thread whatever results you have so we can proceed with further diagnosis and rectification.
