Hello,
Those two screws in the middle are there to keep the rotor in place during the assembly process and they are not needed.
These screws can be seized on the hub. Use penetrating oil and spray liberally on them and try to remove them again.
If you are just not able to remove them and the head is stripped, then you will have to drill out the screws.
