climate control panel?

the heater control unit turns on and off so i cant change it from heat to air or from the floor to defrost... basically wen it turns off where ever itwas wen it turned off thats where it stays til it turns back on

It sounds like the control panel needs to be replaced here are the instructions in the diagrams below. Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know what happens.
