WHEN I START MY HONDA AFTER ABOUT 30-45 SECONDS THE RPMS BEGIN TO REV UP AND DOWN BETWEEN 1000 TO 2000 RPMS. ONLY DOES THIS WHILE IN PARK. RUNS FINE OTHER THAN THIS. WHAT COULD BE CAUSING THIS.

The idling system is malfunctioning and you need to check for vacumn leakages or clogged coolant hoses to EACV or fast idle (IAC).

If coolant level is low, it can happen too.
