1998 Honda Accord Car repairs

When I stop and then proceed, the RPM rev up - it does not appear the car is moving - then sounds like the car is switching gears then it starts to move - it then does something like kick back.

Hi gsinnette,

Seems the transmission is causing the problem and you would have to get it checked/tested.

Did you check the transmission fluid condition and level?
Is the Check Engine Light showing?
