I have a 98 accord that when I accelearate it doesnt feel like I am getting any power and it chugs. The plugs are good. The fuel pump sounds like it is working fine.I believe it may be the fuel filter which is located inside of the fuel tank which according to some forums I have read should never need to be replaced. But I think otherwise. Thanks for any help
