1998 Honda Accord Alingment

Hello, I wanted to know if I need an ailignment, I just had my car serviced 3wks ago. I was on my way to work this morning and was almost in a car wreck due to black ice. Now In order for me to have hit the car infront of me I had to swerv into the woods. After that my car felt as though it was about to spin out of control, and It continuously feels as though im going to spin out of control, or somethingis wrong with the steering wheel. But everything else is ok, I didn't hit anything. Before this it seems as thouhg my tires are a little low. Should I get new tires which I planned on doing any way, or does it sound like I need an alignment? Thank You
