I replaced the vss on my 97 accord but the speedometer still doesnt it work ?

Could be bad instrument cluster or wiring to the cluster

The wires have power and the sensor is new changed it twice any idea please help truly stumped?

Just because wires have power doesn't mean the circuit board on the back of the gauge cluster assembly is good. The circuit to the speedo could have burnt out and if so the entire cluster will need replaced

You know the part that contains all of the gauges? Speedometer, odometer, water temp. Etc. That assembly has electrical parts on the back of it called a circuit board. Part of that board may be bad and preventing the speedometer to work. The entire gauge assembly will need replaced if thats the case.
