I CHANGED THE TIMING BELT AND WATER PUMP. THE CAR WAS RUNNING FINE. WHEN I PUT EVERYTHING BACK. AND I REV THE CAR. IT ONLY GOES UP TO 3 RMP, WHAT COULD BE THE PROBLEM. IT DRIVES JUST WHEN I GO TO STEP ON THE GAS IT ONLY GOES UP 2 3 RPM

Hi CARLITOWAY2,

The highest possibility is that the timing belt had not been installed correctly synchronising the crank and camchafts.

Use timing light to confirm, if the ignition timing is far off, the belt needs to be readjusted.
