1997 Honda Accord 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive

when I drive my 97 honda acord. My rpm hand be flicking crazy in the car be riddin funny a lil bit. Then I crank my car up in let it sit I see like a lil clear white smoke comming out. Then when I put it in drive in take off I see a hole bunch of smoke

Signs of a bad head gasket. Basically, coolant is leaking into your cylinders and mixing with the fuel, it comes out as white smoke.
Get it tested to make sure.
