1994 Honda Accord power steering

I took out the radiator to change a fan. After I was done I turned on the car and the power steering started making noise when ever I turned the wheel.I also noticed that the reservoir started blubbling up and spills out the reservoir. What should I do

It isn't overfilled is it? This might be normal operation since the hydraulic ram will vary the amount of fluid used depending on which way the wheel is turned. If you are still experiencing this problem and the resvoir is filled to the proper level, then you might want to consider replacing the power steering pump.

Hi daniel lopez,

Air is being sucked into power steering fluid system and there are 2 possibilites for it to happen.

1. The pump is faulty.

2. The fluid supply hose from the reservoir to the pump is leaking. During removal of the radiator, you could have dislodged the hose or you could have twisted the pump joint for the supply hose.
