Noise from a power steering pump can indicate that the pump is starving for oil, perhaps it is low on fluid or the filter is contaminated.

Start with checking the oil level in the power steering reservoir.

I did add oil still the problem exist. What about changing the filter or cleaning it

Often what happens is that the pump itself fails internally, you may need to replace the pump.
